Waste Assess has engineered an ever growing number of waste assessment reports with supporting sampling plans which have all been accepted by the regulator when inspected.

Ian Bailey MCWIM

Ian has over 20 years’ experience in the waste industry. He is the managing director of Kalex, a successful company, that provides high quality Educational Management Consultancy services.  

Ian is also a WAMITAB assessor and also holds a CL:AIRE DoWCoP Qualified Person (Reg no. QP352)

Tom Harris MCIWM
 
Tom is a charted waste manager and technical specialist with a long and successful career working for the Environment Agency in a variety of regulatory roles cumulating in writing and delivering the EA’s first national training program for waste classification and hazardous waste regulation while working as part of the national hazardous waste technical team. Looking to expand both his horizons and his expertise Tom moved to industry to spend more time assessing waste and finding solutions to problems. Tom is intimately familiar with EA processes and policy particularly around Hazardous waste.
